Tutorials That Actually Work

Every tutorial here was written by someone who ran the exact steps first. No guessing, no filler — just the shortest path to a finished file.

Convert a PDF to Word

  1. Open the homepage — the Convert tab is selected by default.
  2. Drag your PDF into the drop zone, or click it to browse your files.
  3. When the file loads, the target chips appear. Choose Word (DOCX).
  4. Click Convert. When it finishes, click Download.

Tip: For scanned PDFs (image-only), the converter runs OCR automatically so the resulting Word file has selectable, editable text.

Compress a PDF without wrecking quality

  1. Open the Compress tab.
  2. Upload the PDF you want to shrink.
  3. Pick a compression level — Light keeps near-original quality, Strong maximises size reduction.
  4. Click Compress and download the smaller file.

Tip: Start with Balanced. If the file is still too large for an email attachment, try Strong — text stays crisp; only image resolution drops.

Merge several PDFs into one

  1. Open the Merge tab.
  2. Add all the PDFs you want to combine (you can select several at once).
  3. Drag them into the order you want.
  4. Click Merge and download the single combined PDF.

Add a watermark to a PDF

  1. Open the Watermark tab and upload your PDF.
  2. Type your watermark text (e.g. "CONFIDENTIAL" or "DRAFT").
  3. Adjust the opacity and position if needed.
  4. Click Apply and download the watermarked file.

Tip: The watermark is baked into every page, so it can't be removed by simply deleting a layer — good for protecting drafts you share.

Delete pages from a PDF

  1. Open Edit PDF and choose Rearrange Pages.
  2. Upload your PDF — thumbnails of every page appear.
  3. To remove one page, tap the trash icon on its thumbnail.
  4. To remove several, click Select Pages, tick the ones to delete, then Delete Selected.
  5. Click Apply & Download for your trimmed PDF.

Convert an image to PDF

  1. Open the Convert tab and switch to the Image category.
  2. Upload one image, or several to combine into a multi-page PDF.
  3. Choose PDF as the target.
  4. Click Convert and download.
